Simply login to the game and be at least lvl50 and you'll receive a quest to meet Elesa !

Elesa can be found on the beach in Serpentis Isle, nearby Castanica

From there you'll receive a couple of quest inviting you to participate in some mini-games, allowing you to get rewards.
